I'm Carolina, a Licensed Massage Therapist and retired Marine Corps veteran offering attentive, women-centered bodywork in El Paso.

My work is grounded in service. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and serving in the United States Marine Corps, I was drawn to massage therapy as a way to bring movement, recovery, and individualized care together.

As a six-time marathon runner and weight-lifting enthusiast, I understand how training, work, stress, and everyday life can accumulate in the body. I specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, athletic recovery, prenatal massage, and focused mobility support.

Sessions are collaborative. We begin with how you feel today, choose pressure and focus together, and adjust throughout the appointment. The goal is purposeful care that leaves more room to move.

Women-centered practice. Male clients are accepted by current-client referral or invitation only.
